2024 LSN Grand Auction FAQ & Rules

FAQ

  • The LSN Fundraiser Auction & Raffle is an exciting community event to raise funds for Los Santos News operations. Partial proceeds will also benefit Hill Valley Church for hosting the event on their grounds.

    • Date: Saturday, November 30th, 2024

    • Time: 3:00 PM EST

    • Location: Hill Valley Church – Look for the heart on the map!

  • Please park at Del Perro Garage (DPG) and consider bringing a bike to reduce congestion. Parking will not be monitored by security.

  • The auction uses an ascending bid format, where the highest bidder wins each lot. Once declared "sold" by the auctioneer, the bid cannot be retracted.

  • We have 15 unique lots, including rare collectibles, exclusive items, and the iconic Halloween Lurcher Raffle will be announced at the end of the event. View the full item list at LSN Auction List.

  • Yes, no pre-registration is required. Simply attend the event and start bidding when the auction begins.

  • Payment is due immediately after winning a lot. Accepted payment methods include:

    • Fleeca Bank Transfers

    • Cash (All bills will be screened for authenticity.)

    • A $1,000 non-refundable processing fee applies to each lot.

  • No, all items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

  • Yes, we kindly ask that attendees:

    • Remain silent unless placing a bid. Oos and Ahhs accepted. 

    • Follow any instructions given by the auctioneer or event staff.

    • Respect others and avoid causing disturbances.

    Those who disrupt the event may be asked to leave, and any bids will be forfeited.


  • Winners will arrange with LSN to pick up their items at a secure, undisclosed location. This ensures the safety of participants and auction items.

  • Yes, security will be provided by:

    • LSPD

    • LSN Security

    • Vanilla Unicorn Private Security

    • Emergency medical services (EMS) will also be on-site for your safety.


  • Yes! Don’t miss the chance to win the iconic Halloween Lurcher, donated by Lia Starr. The raffle drawing will take place at 4:55 PM EST during the event.

  • Yes, tickets will be available for purchase until the intermission.

LSN Auction & Raffle Rules

Welcome to the 2024 LSN Fundraiser Auction & Raffle! By participating, you agree to the following rules and guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Auction Format

The LSN Auction will use an ascending bid format, where the auctioneer awards each lot to the highest bidder once declared "sold." Reserve prices may apply to some lots, and items not meeting the reserve will remain unsold. All bids are considered final and binding, with no retractions allowed.

Payment and Fees

Payments must be made immediately after winning a lot. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Fleeca Bank Transfers: Account details will be confirmed during the event.

  • Cash: All cash payments will be screened for counterfeit or stolen bills using serial number checks.

A $1,000 non-refundable processing fee will be applied to each lot won.

Auction Lots

All items are sold as-is and are non-refundable. A detailed auction item list can be found at LSN Auction List. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify the lot list before or during the event.

Event Conduct and Security

To maintain order and fairness, we ask that all attendees adhere to the following:

  • Silence during the auction: Please refrain from talking unless placing a bid.

  • Disruptions: Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave, and their bids will be forfeited.

  • Disputes: All disputes between bidders must go through LSN mediation before involving the Department of Justice.

Security at the event will include:

  • Officers from the LSPD.

  • On-site personnel from LSN Security.

  • Private security provided by the Vanilla Unicorn.

Collection of Items

Winners must arrange with LSN to collect their items at a secure, undisclosed location. Specific pickup details will be shared directly with winners to ensure the safety of participants and items. Proof of payment will be required at the time of collection.
