Job Description:

Los Santos News (LSN) is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Field Journalists to join our dynamic team. As a Field Journalist, you will be responsible for reporting on various events, stories, and developments within the city of Los Santos, ensuring accurate and timely coverage for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews with key individuals, including community members, officials, and experts.

• Gathering and verifying information to produce accurate and engaging news stories.

• Writing, editing, and proofreading articles for publication on LSN platforms.

• Collaborating with the editorial team to develop and pitch story ideas.

• Shooting and editing video content to accompany news stories.

• Utilizing social media and other platforms to engage with the audience and promote LSN content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in journalism or related field.

• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in video shooting and editing is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the Los Santos community and current events is an advantage.
