Job Description:

Los Santos News (LSN) is currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for our news stories and special features, ensuring engaging and visually appealing content for our audience. Familiarity with Rockstar Editor is preferred, but candidates willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing and assembling raw video footage to produce polished and engaging news stories and features.

• Collaborating with the journalism team to create video content that complements written articles.

• Ensuring all video content meets LSN's quality and style standards.

• Managing and organizing video assets and maintaining an efficient workflow.

• Staying updated with the latest video editing techniques and software updates.

• Contributing creative ideas and suggestions to enhance video content and storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in video editing software, with familiarity with Rockstar Editor being a strong advantage. Canva is a plus as well.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new editing techniques and software.
